Mother Goose is an early literacy program that supports your child's development through stories, songs, rhymes, movement, and more. Designed for children ages birth through 2 years old and their caregivers.

Children of all ages, come to the library as we will sing, move, dance, and make music together. 

Most importantly, we will have fun!

Preschool Storytime is a 25-30 minute program filled with age - and developmentally - appropriate stories, songs, movement activities, and fingerplays that build your child's early literacy skills.

In this 25-30 minute storytime, we focus on a theme while enjoying age- and developmentally-appropriate stories, songs, movement activities, and fingerplays. This program is designed for children ages 2 to 3.5 years old and their caregivers.&nbsp

Join us for a bilingual storytime in English and French featuring stories and songs that introduce concepts such as counting and colors in both languages. Designed for birth to 5 years old, but all ages are welcome! 

Bring in an old puzzle and find a new one at our puzzle exchange!

Read and Discuss a new Graphic Novel every month.  This month we are reading Huda F Are You?  by Huda Fahmy.

Draw a rabbit in this step-by-step drawing class for all experience levels.  Registration Required.

Explore new worlds, realms, and timelines in our Sci-fi and Fantasy book club.  

This month we are reading A Master of Djinn by P. Djèlí Clark.

Join us for Accessible Craft projects in May! These crafts are for adult patrons of all abilities and are completely free to attend. No registration necessary. 

Celebrate your Pride at the library! Join us for food, crafts, and more! Costumes and signs welcomed.

Join us for a monthly D&D campaign and try out other tabletop RPGs! No experience required.

Join us on Friday afternoons, refresh your mind and renew your body with Yoga.  No registration Required. 

Children and special loved one(s) in their lives, we will provide music, refreshments, art activities to do together, and a fun outdoor Scavenger hunt with prizes! 

Please register for each child attending. 

Learn basic embroidery stitches and create a garden of embroidered flowers.

Like Scrabble?  Join us for a few games every Tuesday at the Penn Hills Library.  No registration required. 

Children in Grades 3rd to 5th, join us once a month to share our love for reading! Each month we will decide on and read a new book.
