About This Program
Grab a noisemaker provided at the library and get ready for a Balloon drop at Noon! Balloons will drop onto the first floor of the library from the balcony. Arrive a bit before noon to catch the balloon drop!
The Noon Years Eve Balloon Drop will be followed by sparkling drinks as well a dance party and bubbles in our Community Room!
